Halloween Then and Now: Costume Changes in Your Yearbook

Want to give a special feature to the passage of time and to celebrate how much your students have changed while they’ve been at your school? The perfect way to celebrate is with a “Then and Now” themed page which catalogues each student with a photo from their past along with a current photo. Instead of creating a standard “Then and Now” page, think about creating a Halloween themed “Then and Now” page! Create a fun collage of photos of every student in your senior class.

Get your students to submit photos of themselves dressed up in Halloween costumes from kindergarten and then get them to dress up in a similar costume now! The best way to collect your “Then” Halloween photos is to get each student to submit them to you as prints for scanning within your dedicated yearbook team (unless they have a high-resolution vintage images of themselves available digitally). This way you can make sure that the photos are the highest quality and will be excellent for printing.

If your school is a K-12 school and you have some “lifers” perhaps dedicate your “Then and Now” page to your “lifers” who have been at your school since Kindergarten.
