A great way to make your yearbook more creative this year is to dedicate pages to student fashion and accessories! Take inspiration from weekly beauty and street fashion sections in magazines and create a “What’s in My Purse” or “What’s in My Bag” page featuring a wide range of students’ backpacks and personal belongings.
Sometimes students carry too much stuff, and sometimes they carry far too little. It’ll be interesting to see who has what, and what are some of the more popular items, or maybe someone is carrying something that is unique to them. It is a great snapshot of your school.
If you’re feeling extra creative- why not think about also making a second page for “What’s in my Locker” or “Guess the Locker” to the student.” You can create a beautiful collage of photos of the interiors of different lockers from around campus with a thumbnail of the student underneath their locker photo with some words about what they like to keep with them.
