Section dividers might be the most overlooked design opportunity in yearbooks.
While elementary schools tend to absolutely knock dividers out of the park with adorable, student-generated artwork, older students can struggle to generate ideas that straddle the line between bland and sappy. Thematic relevance is key here, but if you’re willing to put some thought into their design, section dividers can serve as the perfect introduction to multi-page spreads.
